Are you not satisfied with a product?

We will resolve this as follows:

• You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receiving a product.

• Within this period, you can return a product, and the costs are covered by WILDLY LOCAL SUPERFOODS.

• Would you like to exchange a product for a different product? No problem, simply return it free of charge, and we will send the desired product.

• If a product is found to be damaged upon receipt, you will receive a new product free of charge.

• Please remember to note the order number when returning a product; without this number, we cannot link the package to an order.

• Are you entitled to a refund? The amount will be refunded within 7 days after receipt.

Your spot is definitively reserved once we have received your payment.

Cancellation of the local superfood tour

• You can cancel free of charge up to 8 weeks before the walk (minus €5 processing costs).

• Cancellation costs are 50% if canceled up to 2 weeks before the walk, and 100% within 1 week before the walk.

• If someone else can take your place, we will refund the amount you paid minus processing costs.

• WILDLY LOCAL SUPERFOODS reserves the right to cancel due to insufficient participants or force majeure and will then refund the full amount received.

All rates mentioned on the website include VAT.

 

LIABILITY
You are personally responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to property or other matters. WILDLY LOCAL SUPERFOODS and/or the location manager cannot be held liable.

Participant overview
For the local superfood tours, participants receive a participant overview: name, place of residence, telephone number, and email address of the participants and the guides. This is convenient to give participants the opportunity to travel together or to contact each other.
